Gotta love how all these businesses offer vegan options now! They have plenty of toppings and many varieties of ice cream. The girlfriend had the Silk chocolate ice cream and says it was about an 8/10. I had the Strawberry blonde and loved it. The customer service and overall cleanliness of the establishment really stood out to me. Great job on recruitment!

Worst experience at this location!! The staff ignores customers, rude and very impatient when ordering. I've never been to a place that is empty during the day and the staff has a disgusting attitude. I simply ordered a milkshake and the female staff member made a mistake. Instead of apologizing, she decided to be unprofessional. I decided to leave and keep my money.

Place has new young staff that are either overwhelmed or do not know what they’re doing. I ordered 2 orders of the special. One was the way the cookie crumbled and is supposed to have double Oreo! But obviously doesn’t even have a single Oreo 😔 hopefully they can get things right.

People that work there are great at ignoring customers. Standing there waiting to order while they pretend that they didn’t see you. Nothing, not even “one minute, or I’ll be right with you“. After a few minutes of waiting, I told my kids that we have to go somewhere else to get ice cream. Typically I don’t write reviews, but this happened a second time. I see that this is how they treat customers. Management should look into this.
