Cold Stone Creamery

This is one of the best locations I’ve been to!! The worker yesterday was so sweet and so patient, even though she was the ONLY ONE! in there she took care of everyone’s order even had online orders to do. At the last minute I wanted Oreos, but she was already done making my ice cream so she said” no worries, I got you” and she put them on top🙂.

Trust the other reviews. Soupy, ice cream, no working bathrooms, employees clearly dislike working here. I got one of the less melted flavors and it came out tasting like bitter chemicals so I’m throwing it away.

They need to change their hours. Everywhere it is posted that they open at 11am. When we arrived at 11:40am to pick up our online order and an order placed a day ahead they were not open. Just stupid. Just change you posted hours. Also they did not have our order ready and gave my husband an attitude when he asked for a refund.... Because the manager, an incompetent woman, didn't know how too. A charge back was successfully issued. Do not go here, instead go to the one in Olathe. We put in our mobile order there and it was ready at the time given. Great experience at the Olathe location.

My boyfriend and I came here on a date night, and got 2 waffle bowls. They were delicious! And it was fun to watch them being made. I had been to other Cold Stones in California and other states. But my boyfriend had never been before. He likes it now. The staff was very kind and attentive to our order. They even posed the ice cream on the counter for me so I could take a good picture.

Hello Cold Stone Creamery, The smell of the cold stone is so good. We entered with a good vibes and we have explored a few menu and also the gallery of ice creams. There are a lot of people who are ordering the ice creams and enjoying it in the evening outside of cold stone. Coming to taste of ice cream, it was not up to the mark this is more like a normal ice cream 🍨, I felt like Andy’s ice cream is much more good than cold stone. They have a number of options have number of nuts and chocolates 🍫 the way they make ice creamis not at all the mark up to the mark. We ordered ; Founders Special. Feedback for the Cold Stone.
