Cold Stone Creamery

We visited this Cold Stone in Geneva on February 28 around 6 PM. My family and I were very excited since we were on vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The two employees working at that time were very rude and unwelcoming. They kept giving us angry looks, and although we are not native English speakers, we ordered politely and did our best to communicate clearly. Instead of being patient or helpful, they repeatedly said they didn’t understand us and treated us in a disrespectful manner. It was very hurtful to feel judged and mistreated because of our accent. It’s truly sad that in 2026 there are still people who make others feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply for speaking differently. We hope management addresses this situation so other families don’t

The Ice Cream was great as always. I would have to say the environment was ok. Dirty. 2 of the tables had stuff on them. Not clean. Floors don’t look like they have been swept in a while. Spider webs on the ceiling. The kind lady at the counter was extremely polite and very happy to help, not sure of the dress code…. No name tag. Otherwise I’d be happy to mention her. The tops of trash cans are slopped up with ice cream. I will be back. Hopefully it will be cleaner!

Best icecream I’ve ever had

You have to try the Lucky Charm ice cream if you love the cereal...amazing. Just simply amazing. Tasted just like the cereal and the marshmallows are double the amount with whipped topping. The gold sprinkles were literally the gold on top! The staff was friendly and quickly made our orders with a busy line!
