As a French girl staying here those kind of places are my absolute dream. Staff was the nicest and really quick and the ice cream was just phenomenal. I recommend 100% without a doubt

I walked into cold stone today expected a normal ice cream shop experience when I was met by the glowing face of a handsome worker named Sean, Sean is my sunshine. He gave me the best recommendations and after doing the scoop and mix thing, tossed my ice cream into the air, did a twirl and caught in perfectly in the ice cream cup. He then rung me up with immaculate precision. While I was enjoying my ice cream letting my eyes drift Sean’s way, he noticed my car was parked crooked and went out a straightened it for me. Then I could you not, after me and my buddies were so full of ice cream we could barely move, Sean personally drove us home, came inside, made sure we were safe, tucked us in and said goodnight. Unfortunately not the best experience at this cold stone. We entered the building and though there were other employees milling around, we were only helped by a very young man (if I had seen him out and about I’d have put this kid’s age at like 12, but I could be wrong here). The young man seemed to be new at the job and quite confused and a bit slow at making our orders— not a huge deal in and of itself. When we entered the store we were the only folks in there and hey, we’ve all been new at a job before. Though if he was new, it may have been helpful to have one of the other employees assisting/overseeing him. I came with my wife and a friend. I picked up my son's ice cream birthday cake today and found that the message was barely legible. His name was not capitalized (and it was misspelled)- I have never met someone named "anthday" Then they had the gall to request an "automatic" tip. Their ice cream cakes taste good but they are not the only game in town- we will go elsewhere. UPDATE- 2024- new management appears to have hired employees that are not just dopers- Their service and products were much improved in a recent visit

Yesterday I wouldn’t to get some ice cream with a friend. I am unfortunately unhappy with the service in the making of my ice cream. I ordered a like it cookie dough ice cream. I don’t know who the female was who was making it. I did not get a name, but I was not very happy. She did not mix the ice cream or the cookie dough or Just syrup. I saw she was struggling Getting it all in the small cup. I asked for the small to like it. I paid for my ice cream, but did not pay attention. How much it was. That was my bad. Me and my friend left I ate a couple bites came home stuck the rest in the freezer today. I found out that she put the small cup in a medium cup and I got charged for the large cup.
