Cold Stone Creamery

I love cold stone normally (at other locations), but the employees used the same scoop 3 times in different ice cream without washing it. and normally that would be fine, but my friend didn't know and had an anaphylactic allergy to it. we went in knowing exactly what she could and couldn't have, because we've gone there a tone at other locations. they also gave me gummy bears instead of cookie dough like i asked but it honestly wasn't bad.

Excellent flavor selection of hard ice cream. Located in a strip mall with easy access and parking. They also mix in bits of toppings and have flavored cones as their specialties.

Loved my signature churro ice cream! Excellent customer service even with the place hopping with customers. Work area was clean. Your employees are working hard and deserve a raise. Keep up the excellent work!

Usually great service everytime I come here. Love the flavors (mud pie mojo is my fave) however this time I noticed some serious dust collecting on one of the hanging signs at this location. It won't stop me from coming but not cool to see. Edit: Removing star -Everytime we come in, I notice something else that needs to be cleaned and not just the daily needs but like a deep clean! 🤢 I also see the other reviews mentioning the same lack of cleanliness and nowhere do I see a response from management - unfortunate.

Great ice cream and they have options or create ur own! Always great service!
