During our nice evening out me and my friends wanted to get ice cream and while we walked into the establishment 20 minutes before they closed they proceeded to tell us they were closed and shoved us out the door with the mop while started to clean up while they were still open! They were very rude and aggravated when we walked into the establishment. I do not recommend supporting this location due to the disrespect from the staff!

Very nice staff... Shop was very clean. The staff welcomed our family as soon as we walked in the door. Icecream is pricey, but kids enjoyed every flavor🙂.

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews or even taking the time to write one, but this situation warrants a comment. Today, I decided to indulge myself as it is my birthday. I requested a "Like it" size served in a waffle bowl. The woman attending to me spoke in a heavy accent, and I understood her to say, "Do you want it in a waffle bowl?" I replied, "Yes, a waffle bowl." She glanced at me coldly and resumed her tasks. Upon tasting the waffle bowl, I found it to be stale and old in flavor! I notified the employee who served me the ice cream that the waffle bowl was stale, and she responded with an attitude, saying, "That's what I told you!" I then requested a new waffle cone, to which she shook her head, rolled her eyes, and remarked, "They are all like that." I questioned why s

Went to get ice cream with the family. Most of the ice cream was melted. Like there freezers weren’t fully working to keep the ice cream frozen. Bathroom had a water leak or some plumbing issues. And we couldn’t sit inside cause it seems like current staff family members were there hanging out. And that wasn’t just one time. Anyway I won’t b going back.

The ice cream is good, but incredibly expensive. Bought an ice cream cake, the smaller 6" round cake, it was $37. Unbelievable. Will not be back. Second star because while the prices are absurd, the ice cream is decent.
