Ice cream was awesome here i got the chocolate devotion. The marshmallow one is also great! service is very fast and friendly with lots of seating. each table fits 4 comfortably

I ordered a cake w a bunch of fruit mixed in it, the cake was 50 bucks and I tipped 10. When I got the layers were uneven and there were giant chunks of strawberry frozen solid. I made a complaint and sent pics, and I guess they just told the lady who made it to call me and tell me that's just how the cakes are. Awkward as hell honestly. She explained that they don't chop and mix up the ice cream for the ice cream cakes like they do their normal ice cream, which is stupid. So obviously I'm not buying cakes from there ever again. Sucks because their ice cream is good, but I expect more when I spend that much money.

My husband and I each got signature creations that have been on the menu for years, but somehow I only ended up with 25% of the mix-ins I should have. Mud Pie Mojo comes with almonds, Oreo, peanut butter, and fudge. The ice cream I received tonight only had almonds and, for some reason, a couple of chocolate chips. I called the restaurant twice this evening to complain, and the phone rang about ten times and then I got a busy signal both times. We’ve loved Cold Stone for years, but have avoided this particular location for a long time as our first experience with them was also less than stellar. We came back to get an ice cream cake for Mother’s Day. I truly hope this $40 cake delivers leaps and bounds more than the incredibly disappointing $20 ice cream creations.

I'm not sure why we continue to give it a chance. Every time we have small amounts of mix ins. I paid extra this time for 2x oreos on top of the regular toppings. This was not worth the cost. Buyer beware.
