Cold Stone Creamery

Came in with my kid just before noon and clearly the floors haven't been swept or mopped for days. Really needs more attention from employees on store cleanliness... some food items look like they sit out all night too, but what I ordered tastes fine. And a coupon was automatically added to my order, for a Thursday special so the price wasn't bad. I guess if you're really craving Cold Stone stuff it's worth the visit.

The service was delightful, as the young lady helping answered all my questions - As I do not eat ice-cream often. Even so far as to ask her what "her" favorites were. I did not however care for the shake I received. It was supposed to have a cake-batter or cake flavor. The shake tasted nothing pure of 100% vanilla and no cake-batter flavor(s) (which isn't bad) but not all that was ordered.

Came at around 4:50pm, then a whole two 4-5 person families followed right after, and I felt bad. I didn't know what I wanted particularly and the little blonde cashier/ice cream lady there was so sweet and didn't rush me and when I remembered at the last moment to ask for less choco chips she gave me the perfect combination for the treat I was looking for!!

They said they didn’t have cone bowls while other people ordered them and got it. I got the chocolate devotion which has brownies added into it and all I got was chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips. Being in this area for the first time I would not go back here again.

The quality is very good! I recommend to take small size. I ordered chocolate devotional ice cream, I expect little bitterness of chocolate, but the mixture of chocolate sauce, chocolate brownie and chocolate ice cream makes it so much sweet. But the place is good. Innovative waffle bowl. Lots of varieties.
