Cocina Del Sol

We wandered in on instinct for lunch and it was absolutely dead and it SHOULDNT BE. Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a very long time, and I'm from California. The cheese dip was actually melted grilled cheese, the chips were some of the best I've had, and the pico was so fresh and bright. I had the huevos rancheros and it was SO GOOD. My fiance had a breakfast burrito with chorizo and he was dying, it was so good. Super friendly service, delicious food, and a super relaxing atmosphere. We will be back for sure!

Muchos Bueno! First time visit so I can only comment on the Chicken Burrito, plus had a little Vegetable Burrito, and about them I say mmm mmmm good! I'm thinking everything is good from the food and beverages to the Service and Atmosphere. Great bunch of people that know how to make food and friendship.

This is a really cool place. It's basically right along side the delaware river, underneath an (antique store?). The food is excellent. There is a very cool cave-like room in the front with a glass window on the ceiling showing the storefront above. Not many places get mole sauce right. This place has it pinned. Great desserts too...

Unfortunately our experience was tainted tonight. The food was excellent. The waitress accommodating and friendly. The meals came in good time, hot and well spiced. The problem was in how they handled a mistake. One of our party ordered a meal with a beef and a veggie chimichanga and asked the waitress to let us know if that was an issue. The food arrived. Ate the beef one only to find two beef. We asked for the veggie one and were told the chef was unable to make one. He=she could only make two beef or two veggie. Not one of each. So instead of happy clients we left with half a meal we did not want and a full credit for the meal. Makes little or no sense when even if they made two veggie ( the manager said they could only make two at a time) gave us one and threw away the other the restau

Fresh salsa! Great service. Highly recommend the Al Pastor tacos. I should have taken a photo but they were quickly devoured; they were very sizeable tacos with generous portions of meat and pineapple. So yummy.
