CO is a little hidden gem! I’m so glad a friend told me about it. We went for a rare date night (parents 😅), and we were so happy we chose CO. I haven’t been to many restaurants in Columbia that give me a true “wow” factor the moment I walk in, but CO absolutely does. The decor and vibe are beautiful, and the bar area is especially nice. We ordered the mango summer rolls, which weren’t our favorite, they were very summer-y, with lots of fresh vegetables and served cold. That said, the peanut sauce was amazing and paired really well with them. For our mains, we had the chicken pad Thai and the samurai supreme, and both were delicious. The pad Thai was the best I’ve ever had, with a generous portion too. We loved the samurai supreme as well; I just wish it had a bit less rice and more fill

Love love love this sushi restaurant with a Hawaiian flair - including Poke and an outdoor menu! In Hawaii (Oahu) you never have to set foot in any restaurant not knowing what they offer because all of the menu items are posted clearly outside so you know what you want to eat beforehand. I rate their roles top notch. Since moving here directly from Hawaii I have not had the pleasure of what I consider to be truly good sushi and this place offers that. Even the poke tasted authentic to me. I know most are used to Poke from chains like Poke Bros and it is good but it is not what you get in Hawaii. They do have a few food items on the menu that I don't absolutely love but the sushi and poke are delicious and fresh and they are my current go to for those items. The atmosphere is also ve

Co is probably one of the higher quality and better Asian spots in Columbia for sure... but there are a few menu items I wouldn't bother with... - Fiji salmon role (didn't have any flavor or taste and wasn't cold at all) -spicy udon noodles (wayyyyy too oily and not enough veggies) - bao buns (weren't fluffy, lacked flavor) I woke up the next morning feeling very sluggish and a bad headache from the sugar and oils they used. As a dietitian, I really try to ask for modifications to avoid these and I asked for sauce substitutions and light oil to be used, so definitely a huge disappointment and makes me weary to return If I do come back I'll try a rice bowl and sushi.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner Thursday night. The server was friendly and helpful in helping us decide on our sushi rolls. The only reason for 4 stars on service is because we waited almost an hour for our food. But, we did come in at 6:45 on the tail end of happy hour which included half-price on select sushi rolls and he did warn us that there would be a wait. We just didn’t realize how long of a wait. But, we just enjoyed our food all the more! 😁 We had no wait in getting a table. It is a nice atmosphere and very clean. The dining room was pretty full and we did have to speak up to hear one another. I have also come at lunch a few times and it wasn’t very busy. We were in and out within an hour. We had a great experience and will definitely go again. (And I really like that they have

Stopped by for dinner tonight at this location. For the appetizer, I had the Firecracker Shrimp. The Shrimp was good, but didn't have any sauce to eat with the rest of the dish. The Druken Noodles were delicious, I ended up dipping my veggies from the appetizer into the entrée. Overall the service, and atmosphere was good.
