The desserts are a must! They were my favorite thing I had here. The pineapple upside down cake was dense yet rich and moist. The pineapple and whipped cream really worked together to give a lovely sweet flavor the complement the flavor of the cake. The filling of the cheesecake was insanely good. The filling was so smooth and the key lime flavor was so present but not overpowering and elevated the whole dessert. The salmon was not on the same level as the desserts. The salmon itself was nice with a crust that added texture and the meat inside was soft and melted in your mouth. I wish there was more pesto on the salmon as I didn’t even notice it was there until i moved the micro greens to find maybe .5 ounces of pesto. The risotto was rich but the butter/cream flavor was so overpowering th

Visiting friends and our boating plans had to be canceled due to rain so they took us to CJ’s on the bay. Nice atmosphere/ambience. We were a large enough group that they seated us in a separate section which provided privacy and that was appreciated. This area has its own bar. They have a very large dining area. I rated the Service a three because with a party of 12, on a rainy slow day, I would have expected more attentiveness at the table. A few times, one of the men had to either flag down the server or go find someone so that we could order additional drinks. The food quality was tasty as you can see from the pictures. Nice presentation of the dishes. I might return again, however, with so many options for restaurants in this area, I think we would go and explore somewhere else.

CJ’s on the Bay was an amazing place to gather! We had a large party a they were very efficient with our drinks and meals. This time we sat inside due to party size. The outside has many great views of the boats from the pier with up close viewing of some of the yachts. When we were leaving the restaurant at night the whole family was able to take some very fun pictures with the large lighted fountain and palm trees.

. This restaurant is extremely casual. We visited on New Year’s Eve and found the holiday specials to be surprisingly expensive for food that appeared to be microwaved. The experience was extremely disappointing. Every dish we were served tasted reheated and bland. We ordered the lamb chop, shrimp, and chicken skewer special, all of which lacked flavor and were served with rice and vegetables that were clearly microwaved and completely unseasoned. The rum butter mahi-mahi, also served with rice and vegetables, was equally tasteless. We also tried the evening special of grilled fish with mini crab cakes. The crab cakes looked more like small crumbled pieces of crab placed on top of an unseasoned fish, again accompanied by flavorless, reheated rice and vegetables. Overall, this was a major d

It’s fine. The food was just okay. The oysters were decent but it was weird they were dry like they had poured the liquid out of them. The fish and veggies I had were bland - they could have crisped it up more and had better seasoning or a sauce. I was not impressed with any of the restaurants we went to on Marco Island.
