City View Tacos

I love these tacos! Way back in the day, I would to swing by the OG location in a gas station on the way to parkland hospital to see my wife. Now they have this spot in my home town, definitely exit main street in Duncanville if driving down I-20. Go Panthers!

1) Customer service: whoever was outside taking orders on the iPad was very nice, but whoever was at the window taking payment looked like he could care less about being there. In his phone, handing us drinks with the lid falling off & the food thrown in the bag upside down. 2) Food: tacos were yummy, rice and beans were bland. If I were to go back it would be only for the taco no sides.

I ordered chicken and beef tacos, they were dry. With six tacos I was given one packet or green sauce and one packet of the red ,both didn't taste good at all. Will not be going back.

It’s crazy that if you want more than one lime wedge the price has now gone up to 25 cents a piece. The quality is inconsistent. Sometimes when I order tacos, the tortillas are cooked. Today when I went, they were not. I ordered a side of guacamole for the first time today, and it’s just mashed avocado. Nothing mixed in. Also, anywhere else I’ve gone, you get chips with your side of guac. Not here though. The guy taking my order with the iPad was nice when he finally came outside, but when I got to the window the guy up there was too busy talking to his friends inside to be bothered to acknowledge that I was there. He handed me the bag of food and just said “here ya go,” and closed the window. I sat and waited for my drink, said thank you, and he closed the window without saying anything o

I used to love city view. Now there are way too many young people working there. The food last night was not fresh and hot the Meat was literally Cold. How does any business take customers money and Not make sure the food is perfect. This is bad business. They need to hire more seasoned workers who actually care about the quality of the food they serve
