City of Hanahan Public Works

I’ve been trying to get someone to pick up my yard debris since last Monday and no one has responded yet. I spoke with someone named Brandy and she was rude and very, very unprofessional. I’m disappointed in the service that Hanahan Public Works is providing.

I love living in Highland Park. It’s a beautiful area with friendly neighbors. Folks are fixing up their houses and staying or selling at unbelievable prices. With that said we need to grow up like the big boys and improve the services to remove non garbage and brown trash. I have a sofa sitting in my yard for 12 days with a holiday coming up. So now I’ll have to borrow a truck to move it myself. We should have the tax base to purchase the heavy equipment needed to do these jobs. There is plenty of used ones out there if that is what we need to do.

The employees that handle the route in Eagle Landing are amazing! Customer service does not get any better than what they deliver.
