Public works just showed up to a new construction house and turned on the water spraying water across the inside. They blamed it on leaking pipes but the plumber hasn't been here yet. None of the water lines are attached and the walls are still studs. It took them 15 min talking in the middle of the intersection with their supervisor to figure out they weren't supposed to be here yet. Now the 3 pieces of insulation installed are wet and falling.
