Circle Pizza and Subs

I placed an order for pickup, and unfortunately, the customer service made me feel completely unwelcome. It felt like I was bothering everyone just by walking in. I get that it was the end of the day and people want to go home but in the hospitality business, that shouldn’t come at the cost of basic courtesy. The food was just okay, edible and will do the job if nothing else is open, but definitely not worth the attitude.

Hear me out. I'm giving 5 stars because I think it deserves 5 stars. I think my family just made some poor choices and people need to manage their expectations. It's a small restaurant. We (family of 5) arrived when it was empty but it quickly started to fill up. I'm not sure what the situation was or if this is typical but there was only one person waiting tables. Service was faster and friendlier than expected. The woman was very nice, attentive and helpful and looked like she was doing everything right and working as fast as possible. 5/5. Again, it's a small space so that can't be helped. I started to feel a little uncomfortable after a while, but that's more of a personal anxiety issue of mine. Visited for the first time and was very disappointing. The food we had was lacking in flavor, the service was slow. The 3 way spaghetti was bland, their marinara sauce and meatballs were not seasoned, same as the burger patty, it had zero flavor. The cheesy garlic bread was just a sandwich bun with lots of melted cheese with a little garlic powder. We were not impressed at all, I don’t think we’ll come back again.

Pizza was delicious, we enjoyed it. The lady that took my order was super super sweet and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name to give her credit. My family and I will definitely be going again when we visit the area soon. I went on 09-20-2025 about 2pm.

Had to put own cheese on this so called sub. Then when we called to tell them they told us to take pictures. Sorry we don’t wanna drive 30 minutes during Memorial Day traffic to show you our lack of cheese. We put on our own and the fact that they don’t believe us is sad. Very unfortunate food and pizza. I wish we went to Michelangelo’s.
