Cilantro Taco Grill - Chicago Ridge Mall

Disappointed. The girl there was very nice and joking. Food was made quick but that's when the issues started! Opened up my 11 dollar burrito for it to be very tiny and petite! Only got worse from there. Took my first bite and nothing but what tasted like a stale tortilla and lettuce! Second bite I actually thought I tasted some other flavors besides tortilla and lettuce but sadly I was wrong! It was basically a lettuce wrap with a slight smear of beans and I dont even know if there was cheese or sour cream because of the lack of! All in all I'm very disappointed! Also noticed I was being watched every time I took pictures of my "burrito"

Yo honestly I would not recommend 😭 you can go anywhere else for cheaper and better service. I ordered a taco dinner and a regular sized jamaica, not only did they only give me like one slice of limon, but also only two salsas? The size of the drink is also insane for the price. It’s like a kids drink. Price in total was almost 21

Rude cashier , an initial honest mistake on their end almost unnecessarily escalated to something else. I asked for a manager and she said she replied that she was the manager. I then asked for a refund, due to her being super rude to me for no reason when I kept explaining to her it was okay that mistakes happen but she refused to own up to it. I no longer trusted her with my food or to fix the mistake so I asked for a refund instead that she had to “call her manager” to approve (after she just lied and said she was the manager). She then refunded me $25 when she was supposed to refund me and my guy $21. Was so glad to see her karma come back that fast. Do better! I’m very understanding and the issue should have never went as far as it did especially when she was genuinely in the wrong. G

i ordered 4 steak tacos for me and my lady while she continued to shop due to us rushing. when we left the mall and checked the food there was only (2) and NOT (4) tacos which we paid ($21) even stated on the receipt . we called the store and since I ordered in person and my lady was the one speaking on the phone, the manger insist "maybe the guy who ordered them ate them i don't know" and continued to claim that she "Made Sure" there where (4) tacos . The manger then felt as though my lady had an upsetting tone and decided to end the call instead of fixing the situation. we spoke with another worker but still have not been assisted with our problem. this has to be the Worse Taco place I have ever been to.

The worst service ever, the kiosk wasn’t working, I had to ask the guy sitting on his phone for help, ordered 4 taco dinners, came home with 3 taco dinners too late to go back, tried calling still 15 minutes to close. Opened boxes, baby tacos maybe a teaspoon of fillings, rice and beans have no taste and ice cold. Somehow these 3 dinners that I paid $50.98 for 3 taco dinners, did not receive the 4th and I was told if all 3 tacos weren’t the same there is a up charge. It was a $10 taco special, truthfully would not pay no more then $2 and I would have to be starving
