The Aguachiles where amazing! I never had them estilo negro. They where bomb! The service was amazing and definitely recommend this place if you love Mariscos .
Great place for some fresh ceviche! My husband is picky with ceviche but we found a place that will satisfy your taste buds. We call and place our order and pick up always quick and easy. **keep in mind if you dont have a big appetite 1 plate can serve 2 people it's worth it! Ceviche Ceviche Mixto

🔥Delicious! Ordered a medium party tray of shrimp ceviche for pick up. Shrimp & veggies were fresh and the ratio of shrimp to vegetables was perfect. Hard to find a good ceviche place, out in this area.. CHUYA’s is the best! Will be my family’s go to, for ceviche.
Really fresh, and very delicious. I would say the best out here in Hemet. Try it for yourself and you will see.
