I own a Bakery in Idyllwild and definitely know Top Notch Baked Goods. Absolutely amazing and homemade! A must try and believe me, you won’t be disappointed. Your palate will be in Heaven.

Stopped by to check out the gluten free options for my celiac crew. The owner took the time and explained all of her precautionary procedures to accommodate our various food allergies. Made me feel that it was safe to eat. Wonderful person! She didn’t have anything made that was gluten free, but offered to whip up a batch of GF chocolate chip cookies, to be picked up in an hour! Upon picking up, they were still warm from the oven and gooey and so good!! She won our business, definitely going back!!

Outstanding outstanding outstanding I bought a sampler of everything just about everything in the store because everything in the store looks so good. I got it home and it's like everybody wanted something even the even the dogs it was that good. It was great appreciated being there to see uprising company growing up in the city of Hemet. You should stop by there and give this young lady a chance. It's well worth the effort to stop in to this bakery. I'm not sure what all she does but what she had out there in display was delicious. She had gluten-free products also. I cannot say enough how delicious everything was when I got it home. Not only is the customer service perfect, the food is even better. Every single thing I’ve eaten has been delicious. I just had Cynthia’s cheesecake… I thought I had homemade cheesecake before… nope. Cynthia’s cheesecake was beyond perfection. From the gram cracker crust to the caramel topping… every bite was better than the last. I will never want a cheesecake from anyone else ever again. This goes for her cinnamon rolls too. I challenge you to find a better cinnamon roll or cheesecake this side of SoCal.

I ordered the most delicious sugar-free cake from Cynthia‘s. We had a small gathering for my husband’s birthday and the cake that she made was just perfect. It served our group of 10 very nicely, and I can’t tell you just how delicious the whipped cream frosting was! (I’m craving it right now!) Everybody loved it!
