Church's Texas Chicken

Ok, I’m a big fan of Church’s.. it’s a Texas staple and right of passage!! When will you bring the FROSTING back for the apple pies 🥧… this is insane on how dry these are without the frosting and it’s my favorite thing and I believe others as well.

Service was friendly but they did forget the mashed potato side and had to go back for it. The chicken sandwich was a thin processed patty and resembled what you would get in school cafeteria. Lacked spice as well. Fries were ok. The regular chicken was bit better.

So I came to Church’s on my lunch break to order a Two piece dark meal with fires and an apple pie. The cashier was so busy watching her manager talk to a customer she didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her and when she did, I asked her did they have Shrimp ready she was like no I asked her. Did they have the chicken fried steak ready? She was like no then I asked her for a two piece dark with french fries a Dr Pepper with easy ice and an apple pie with extra icing so Ashely turns for me to store my order. I’m looking at the label over the chicken so she proceeds to put spicy chicken pick up the spicy dark meat to pack my order and I was like no I told you regular not spicy so I end up just going through the drive-through went through the drive-through and poor customer service f

Im not from here but when trying to order the lady got an attitude. I was shocked but stayed polite. At the window she had a bigger attitude and got mad when I told her that was not what I ordered and tried to give her my correct order and she cut me off and said no! So I pulled around and went inside and didnt say a word she looked at me as smirked said he will be right there. A gentleman walked up with the same attitude!! I asked for the general managers name and number he said he was the general manager I asked his name and all he would say is Austin. Atrocious behavior and attitude from the staff!

Tried ordering over the phone and couldn't understand them. Went in person and ordered for my pregnant fiancé and I. Ordered a 5 count chicken tender and left. By the time I got back to my hotel room, I noticed I was missing 2 tenders. So I had 3/5. Tried calling the store again, and someone hung up on the other side. I should have double-checked before I left the restaurant, but also, someone else should be doing their job. Will not be doing business here anymore.
