Christopher Bean Coffee Company

We have been ordering from Christopher Bean for over a year. We love the depth of flavor and aroma of their beans, no burnt flavor. Top quality. Their beans are evenly roasted. These guys know what they are doing! Highly recommend. To address the shipping issue: we too have experienced this, but it has not affected how we feel about their product. Customer service is quick to help. To fix this, we order extra bags of beans, and then store them in glass Ball jars. This insures you'll never be without.

Ordered coffee beans online 3 weeks ago. No delivery. Apparently tariffs have impacted the availability of beans however you don't learn this until you receive an email AFTER you order. When the delay is so extreme, the ethical business option would be to inform customers prior to purchase if the tariffs are truly, grossly impacting coffee bean availability. Which was my email response to the information. Not only did they not respond to email, I've been waiting and waiting for coffee. Too many coffee places to choose from with ethical business practices AND timely delivery. FYI - they bill you immediately for the order.

Read the reviews, I wish I had. I live 6 hours away from this Coffee Roaster, I ordered 2 pounds of Kona at a decent price. It is now twenty (20) days from my date of order and they have not shipped my coffee or responded to my emails or questions. Also this company is not accredited from the Better Business Burea which in this day and age is strange. I see from the reviews that slow shipping is a common problem, also there is an interesting story from local news in 2013 about this place and owners that I wish I had seen, it seems that they were "growing" more than just Coffee until law enforcement shut them down. Just Google an you will see what I mean.

Ordered coffee & tea on July 25 three days after order on July 28 they sent me a shipping label today is Aug 8 2025 my order still hasn't been shipped.?? This company in the pass has always shipped promptly. Changed from two stars to 4 they issued a credit & sent extra package of leaf tea lol order again in Oct 2025 did the same sent a tracking label couple of days later but didn't shipped for Three weeks. If the company would just be upfront & put processing order it will be a few weeks before we ship order we will send out tracking number when shipped .

The subscription is a joke. They claim you save 10% but have already charged me more than if I would have just ordered it myself each month. I got it as a gift and they say the is good but I will looking for a different company to buy from.
