Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very disappointed with our visit. We started by going into the dining area, and it was extremely dirty — food on the floor, messy and sticky tables, smudges everywhere. My shoes were literally sticking to the floor. I understand that most people order takeout, but that’s no excuse for such a filthy environment. It was so unpleasant that we decided to order to-go instead of eating there. Unfortunately, the food was also a huge letdown. We usually trust Chipotle — it’s our go-to place for something quick and tasty, especially with kids. But this time, the chicken was unbearably spicy. After sharing my name three times, showing my phone order details twice they were hesitant to give me the $80 worth of food I paid for. I wanted the tip refunded because of the way I was treated and that’s not allowed.

I usually don’t bother writing reviews, but today’s experience frustrated me so much that I really hope the store sees this and understands what went wrong. I went to this Chipotle during their pre-Thanksgiving “Buy One Get One” deal. I expected a crowd, and yes, the line was long—totally fine. But the staff felt very inexperienced, and most importantly, they just weren’t listening. I had to repeat almost every part of my order, and even then it felt like it wasn’t registering. I also had a free guac reward. At checkout, I asked if I could use it. They told me I couldn’t because I was already using the BOGO deal. Okay, that’s fine. So I explained, very clearly: “Alright, then let me pay for the BOGO order first. After that, I’ll do a second, separate order for the free guac.” That’s li

The past few times I ordered from here the food was not fresh. Specifically the guac. And when you pay extra it should not be brown. It was really brown all the way through. I had done an online order so I didn’t check the bag. When I give feedback via email I never am responded to offered a refund or coupon.

Guacamole is often not fresh...I have complained multiple times and I still got brown Guacamole today. Better than other times, where there's no green at all. But it tastes old. Never have issues with the staff, but there is good chance the food quality misses. I would just avoid the guac of you go here. Otherwise it's like most Chipotles. The staff is usually friendly and often very helpful.
