I love it. The Workers are really nice. And the food is the best. And julio Such, Nice, Person he’s always smiling. And has a positive attitude.

The food was very awful made it’s seemed like it was made in a rush even thought during that time i made my order it was just me and my family . the guy preparing the food had loud music in the background and was screaming out bad words and using very inappropriate language.This was around at 2:30 in the afternoon i really hope the manager takes actions to these type of employees.

As usual, AI is wrong. It says to come here on Wednesdays for $4 Whoppers. This location apparently hates customers and does not want them to save any money on overpriced fast food as it does not participate in ANY special offers through the app. When I set my pickup location to this one, I get NO available offers, see attached screenshot and note the address at the top. If I change the pickup location to the West Chicago BK, the Offers tab displays over a dozen deals which actually offer some decent value, like free any size fries with purchase of $3 or more. Avoiding this location unless this somehow changes. 😒

The current employees listen well and are very attuned to detail at this location. I ordered an "extra" crispy chicken sandwich Duo with a Whopper Jr. and asked to make sure they knew how to make the chicken sandwich "extra crispy", oder taker said yes.

I’m not the type of person to complain or write any reviews. I can care less, but when I order the BK Chicken wraps I found a piece of hair in it. I thought that wasn’t great and call me disgusting but I was hungry and took the hair off and continued to eat the food. Then I noticed a booger on the wrapper then it was game over for me and I stopped eating. I think that was very unnecessary and an unpleasant experience. I get that they are backed up in the drive thru and they work hard to make a living and provide excellent customer service but that was just very disgusting.
