Chipotle Mexican Grill

***UPDATE**** it is only a matter of time till all these stores close. The experience i had was so awful ill never be back. The food at 11 am was so cold and looked like it was left over from the day before. The girl making the food was absolutely miserable. My old review is here showing how bad it is now. Throw your money on the ground it will be more enjoyable than going here. The people working here alone make up for all the bad experiences I've had at other Chipotles.

I did a online order and it was wrong I love chipotle I have it every weekend sometimes more I never been to Richwood chipotle and will never go again ill stick with Alexandria they always do us good

I created a bowl and had the steak, everything was absolutely delicious except the steak, it was like chewing a boot!!!! NO JOKE!! Yall gotta figure out how to cook steak ... if its pre cooked, ditch the company! Ill try the chicken next time, let's hope its edible!!

This store is horrible for delivery orders! NO MEAT on burrito bowl when they specifically charge extra for the meat! Then call the store and can’t even talk to a real person! Very very disappointing!!!!!

Ordered a burrito online and the burrito was not even closed, basically had open. It didn’t have the things that I asked for. I would not order online with them again, I will be watching them make my burrito from here on out.
