Chipotle Mexican Grill

Rude manager! We basically paid 60 bucks for two burritos and 2 sodas. We were in line right away that morning. 10:45. Three people in front of us. One didnt pay. We ended up getting charged for the person in front of us. The employee was a little nervous because of the mistake. Fine that happens. Should be an easy fix. He asked for help to refund the extra charges. The manager/Supervisor treated her young employee like a piece of trash for making a mistake and then treated us like crap. Never got the refund. Just charged twice!!! The manager swiped my card for a refund and double charged us. Not only did your supervisor/ manager treat us like garage they also treated a teenage employee like garbage! Do better!!!

I’ve had a pretty disappointing experience at this Chipotle every time I go. The cleanliness is just not up to par, and the service is consistently bad. They never seem to portion the food right, and the staff always come off as rude. On top of that, it’s like they never have enough food ready, so the whole experience just ends up being a letdown each time.

Where to even begin?! 30+ minute wait to order my bowl with around 8 2-3 person groups in front of me. The kitchen prep areas were an absolute disaster, leftover pieces of food strewn everywhere. Someone on staff had their cell phone blasting the worst metal I've ever heard at maximum volume, couldn't hardly tell the music apart from raw static. When I finally got my food, it matched the rest of the experience. The chips were stale to the point of being almost soggy, the bowl was bland and skimpy but the price sure wasn't. Just awful, beginning to end.

Why can’t workers do their job right. They don’t care about cleanliness. Tables dirty , no customers so you can’t tell me they don’t have time. I walked up to the counter and 1/2 the meat options were either empty or had like 4 oz in the pan & was dry and over cooked. It was only 4:30 pm. I had a burrito and the food was definitely not up to temperature. I watched them change out a pan of rice and. As the person lifted out the third pan from the steam table, there was less than an inch of water in the pan, and there was no steam coming from the water so that tells me they didn’t have the temperature hot enough on their steam table . When I saw that a Chipotle had opened in Moorhead (quite sometime ago) I was excited to visit it when I was in town (I live 40 miles away). Today I was in the vicinity around 4 pm - I walked in and automatically saw unclean tables and garbage on the floor. There were 3 patrons seated eating. No one was at the counter, but 2 men were in plain view at what appeared to be a prep table in front of me. After a couple minutes - one of the men indicated he would be with me shortly (he was emptying a bowl of white rice into another container)…this took another 2-3 minutes and the other man at that table asked the man emptying the white rice if he wanted the other guy to help instead - to which the first guy said I’ll get her.
