Chipotle Mexican Grill

At some point they will get my online order correct. 4 times in a row they have managed to mess something up with my order, first few times I wasn't aware until it was too late because I picked up through the drive thru. Last couple of occasions I made sure to stick around and double check the order, glad I did. They literally haven't fulfilled any of my 4 visits there correctly, I'm not sure what's hard about the task???

To the owner/kitchen: Every bite of your food just tasted like salt… Why is your chipotle empty during lunch time? Please reach out to successful chipotles like the one in Milford and figure out the correct recipe for your food. It’s a shame medway gets a chipotle that’s mismanaged like this.

Didnt have my order on two separate occasions when I drove through to pick up. One time they made me park and were going to bring out to me. Made no attempt to actually do that after waiting 25 minutes so I went inside to ask about it and there it was cold, packaged and ready to go. I think it had been there all along but no one was paying attention. Service is horrible.

I go to Chipotle for the quick convenience of a cheap meal. I used my Doordash app today to order. I got an email at 12:15pm saying my order was ready for pickup. Showed up at 12:45pm, and was told by the employee helping me that "I don't see your receipt in our system" OR "someone else must have taken your order"- Showed her every receipt possible, and still she wanted to stand her ground. Mind you this is while people are just going to the doordash window, and grabbing stuff without having to show any form of proof they ordered anything. Why was I singled out? By the way, this is a location where I am at 3x a week, and have never talked back to them once, or ever been rude. Will never go back to this store again, customer service is terrible!
