Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a bowl with ordering extra of the chicken, lettuce, veggies, and corn. Got home opened it and had 5-6 bites of food! Then my daughter ordered lettuce with hers she got spinach not one leaf of lettuce. She can’t even eat spinach. So I wasted money and had to get something else.

This location is a constant disappointment. We ordered through Uber Eats and when it came, the name on the bag was our name however the content inside had another persons order and name on it. We ordered a veggie bowl and two bags of chips and received two burritos. It’s a shame because we had another disappointing order a few months back. As much as people spend here, it’s annoying to constantly have these unnecessary mess ups. Please retrain your workers.

Went here at 6pm caght the dinner rush going. There was a long wait line. The line went fairly quickly. The staff was working as hard and fast as they could. Decided not to order ahead so the food would be made fresh and hot. The food is always good and fresh. Lots off selection to choose from. I go here atleast once a month and would recommend this place anytime. All the menus are the same, and food is consistent between all the stores, I have been to. Good value for the amount of food you get. I would give them 8 out off 10 stars.

Umm.. is this Chipotle ok?? I did a Mobile Order for 2 Chicken bowls and they completely forgot chicken in one of them! And then the other one had sour cream and guacamole, neither of which I asked for, but thanks for the free guacamole I guess? Just confused because the order is literally written down.. They also seemed understaffed but overstaffed all at the same time.

This location has declined into the toilet. Food quality and preparation is awful. Always dirty, careless employees, obviously management has low standards.
