Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the most inconsistent Chipotle I've ever been to. My order is right about 25% of the time and they often run out of crunchy tacos at night, substituting a soft corn or flour tortilla without telling you. And then last night I get this for my steak taco. What a ridiculous amount of steak. At least it tasted good unlike the last time I got it where the steak was almost rancid and tough to chew. I recall Chipotle advertising they listened to customers and increased portion sizes, but I've never gotten this small amount of meat in a taco, even prior to them "increasing" portion size. See you in 4-6 months, maybe. Do better, be consistent.

Only 2 people working. Waited in line for 15 minutes got my bowl made only to be then told they weren't taking cash. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely the last time I walk in there. Taco Bell takes whatever form of payment. Not to mention I was on my break so it took time away from me going and possibly getting something elsewhere.

UPDATE... clicking the link they place in the comments does NOTHING. After placing your complaint noone reaches out to you! This place is hit or miss. Tonight I was told by the app it'd be ready at 7:00 and at 7:03 was notified it was ready. We pull up to the window to be told it's not ready, they're waiting on the steak. After a 20 minute wait for the steak we receive our order, minus the chips. We turn around and return for the chips. We get home and neither bowl had steak in it and the portion size was ridiculously small for what I paid. Learn from my mistake and make sure you check your food before you leave.

Customer service was great, but the serving stations and behind the counter was terrible! Trash was overflowing, nothing was wiped down, it was almost repulsive! I would have been understanding if their had been a rush of customers but I was the only customer in the store. Definitely plan on notifying management in the AM. Food was also not HOT, I live 2 mins away from this location and by time I got home my food was cold!

This Chipotle is very consistent at being bad. Rice undercooked and onions in the corn salsa taste bad. Small portions. I won’t be coming back to this franchise and I suggest you don’t.
