Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a less than stellar experience at this Chipotle. The African American lady making my food was very rude and was throwing my ingredients everywhere. After she finished my order she said… “I’m tired of these folks ordering to damn much,”. I will not be returning. The cashier and cook were very nice though so kudos to them.

This location is a mess. Rude employee at the check out, seasoning just sitting on top of a new tray of fajita veggies, cilantro just sitting on top of the rice trays, and they didn’t mix any of it before adding the ridiculous proportions in my burrito bowl.

Asked the sista with the bun and one AirPod in her ear for a burrito and I asked if she could rewrap it and she told me to come in tomorrow and clocked out after. She didn’t even check me out. Gentleman in the back with the jumbo headphones was mad chill tho so was the cashier. Burrito making sista did me wrong tho.

Went in today and got 1 bowl and 3 tacos combo. The tacos were fine but the bowl was bad. I ordered extra honey chicken because I know chipotle portion sizes aren’t the best sometimes and somehow ended up with less chicken than normal on my bowl. Idk how that happens .

Did a pickup order, it was relatively fast. Paid for double meat chicken and steak and barely got half and half. Truly a disappointment when you're willing to pay for extra. Then when I go inside the teenagers tend have attitudes because you mention they shorted you. If you don't say anything they'll treat you like your NOT A PAYING CUSTOMER.
