Chipotle Mexican Grill

I live across the street... this is the worst chipotle I have ever seen. This was my 4th visit and my last. Service is slow and completely incompetent every time. This time was the same. Every table was filthy, drinks were empty at the bar, guacamole was completely brown... I mentioned it to the staff. She said ya it's been a while since we stirred it... I got my burrito with the new steak. There was non at the front. She asked the cook and he said he just made it. On would think its fresh... it was cold as ice. Like it was yesterday's from the fridge. This place is horrible. The worst edition to our small little lake town. Get it out of here!

ordered a bowl with double everything. they put no corn, no fajita,no green salsa pretty much nothing i ordered. went through burrito lane

EVERY single time i order through the drive thru they literally skimp my bowl. Sometimes the food here comes up nasty. This is the closest chipotle but theres one 5 mins down the road that has way fresher food, better employees, and they dont skimp your bowl. I paid $20 for this , chips, and a drink. Terrible service 10/10 dont recommend

I purposely order extra of everything to justify spending nearly $20 on chipotle because I usually can get a few meals out of it… this chipotle CONSISTENTLY gives me nearly half empty bowls.

I just don’t understand chipotle employees. Are they scared to roll a burrito or don’t know how?? I mean the baby scoops they give just had me dying. Then you kindly ask for some more and they literally take the edge of the scoop/spoon and put a sliver more on. 2 scoops of salsa is half a scoop and then a tiny corner of the spoon hardly even equals one full scoop. Chipotle has gone downhill and needs to train their employees better. On the rare occasion you’ll get an employee that actually gives you a full scoop of everything. Chipotle … get your crap together. Used to be one of the larger burritos you could get! Now they’re shrimp size and don’t even dare order through the app. It will be as small and a Taco Bell bean burrito.
