Chipotle Mexican Grill

Tried to come in after 8pm on a Sunday. All the chairs were up on the tables. Questioned whether or not they were open as I walked up. Literally googled their hours and also double checked the hours posted by the door. Close at 10pm. Decided to go in as they were definitely still open. As I walked in a staff member informed me they did not have over half of their menu items/ingredients. Seems like they just want people to think they’re closed by putting up chairs so early and not bothering to cook anything after 8pm (or sooner..) I would understand if I came in within 20-30 minutes of closing. But two hours before?? Really?? Disappointing not to mention it’s not been the cleanest, the few other times I’ve come in. I think a lot of these reviews have never been to any other chipotles. Chipotles in Milwaukee are constantly dirty, with constant rushes and stressed out employees. This chipotle is a slower store so by default they get less staffing. Every time I go here, the staff is trying their best to be helpful, and doing their job correctly. If this store gets busy, they don’t have as many employees on shift as a store in Milwaukee would, so they don’t have time to clean, and may give off an rushing/stressed vibe because they aren’t used to a busy store. I’ve never seen an employee here on their phone, or being off task; and compared to any other chipotle, this store is clean, and the workers actually seem happy! Chipotle is always a favorite lunch or dinner spot for our family. The food is always fresh so we're never disappointed other than it seems like there is some inconsistencies with the amount of protein that they give you. I have also been unhappy with the ease of use when trying to add points to my account.

Been ordering at this location every week.. today I was really disappointed. Ordered chicken bowl with double protein using my 700 reward points. After I picked up the order and got home. I’ve noticed the portion of the chicken is extremely small even smaller than the single portion ive ordered before … was planning to share with my daughter but I had to give all my chicken to her because there’s hardly any in the bowl… I wish the staff could pay attention to the orders and give the customers what we paid for !!

I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles, and this one takes the crown for being the worst. Dirty tables everywhere, fingerprints smeared across the door glass, and not a single surface wiped down. The staff assumed I wasn’t dining in and bagged my food without asking. They didn’t listen when I said no beans — tried to dump a giant scoop of black beans before the rice anyway. The vibe? Employees who clearly don’t want to be here. No offer of a drink, chips presented like they were free samples, and zero effort in customer service. My burrito was a disaster: barely any rice, drowning in sour cream, with hard, skimpy chicken. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but enough is enough. Consider this my final visit
