Chipotle Mexican Grill

When they first opened in Gardner I thought the food was amazing. Experience was clean, tasty, friendly. But, as time passes the servicer don't look happy to serve you, okay its people, its life, and its Gardner..?. Sometimes rice tasted brittle, hard, but I did not complain, felt weird digesting it though. Today, a hair, yes the hair?! Embedded deep. Hehehe... okay It happens, I get it, but, I felt I needed to post it and let this be known. I pull out the hair, and I'm going to eat the food because I don't want to waste food, and with the thought of poor hungry people in the world or thought of going hungry for days in the desert🏜. Hope its the only one, hehehe. It will be a while before I return to Chipotle though 😌 God I loved the Chipotle food though...Best of 🤞no hair! please...Hmmm..

BY FAR THE MOST DISAPOINTING CHIPOLE RUN EVER STEAK SEEMS LIKE ITS BEEN SITTING THERE ALL DAY ALL THE EMPLOYEES SEEM LAZY AND GIVE SMALL PORTIONS I DID A MOBILE ORDER CAUSE I DIDNT HAVE TIME AND GUESS WHAT THEY ALSO FORGOT MY GAUC SO NOW IM EATING THE WORST BOWL I HAVE EVER SEEN SO I DONT STARVE WORST CHIPOLE EVER WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON 0/10 WILL NOT BE RETURNING IM VERY DISAPOINTED ID RATHER EAT MCDONALDS THEN WHATS INFRONT OF ME AND THATS SAYING A LOT THE PLACE JUST OPENED AND SHOULD ALREADY CLOSE ITS DISGUSTING

I’ve been hesitant to visit this location after reading so many negative reviews, but as someone who’s generally enjoyed Chipotle in the past, I decided to give it a fair shot. I went in around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn’t crowded—no line at all, which made the ordering process quick and easy. I got a steak burrito along with a side of chips and salsa. The burrito itself was generously filled and nicely wrapped, with a good balance of ingredients. The steak had decent flavor, though it did taste like it had been sitting in the pan for a little while. Unfortunately, the chips were on the stale side, which was a letdown given how good they usually are. That being said, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the service overall was smooth. Portion sizes are fantastic compared to other nearby locations. Staff very friendly. Clean. Lines move very quickly. I’ve had beans there once and they were not seasoned at all but other than that fluke experience, the place is def a better location

Not a bad location. Definitely better than Leominster!! Wrapped the burritos okay. Guac kind of icy and plain.
