Chipotle Mexican Grill

Nothing good here at all! Needs to be shut down. The teen calling himself a manager no way! He definitely should not be a manager. The store is dirty bathrooms gross garbage everywhere floors tables and no one changes the bags. The whole staff is rude and the manager is so mean to the customers. Why is a child running a store with zero experience!!! I will be calling corporate and health board. And the chicken was a mix bag some cooked and some burnt. So bad so gross.

Avoid this location at all costs if you can. Order a kids meal, which includes three sides. It was a kids meal quesadilla. I wanted Carnitas with guac and white rice. They told me I have to pay extra for guac, even though this comes with three sides because they told me that “guacamole is a protein and I can’t have two proteins”. Someone here needs to get their nutritional education straight. Guac is NOT a protein. I then asked why I’m able to order black beans with guacamole and rice with no extra charge on a kids meal and they tell me that black beans have less protein than guac so it’s not counted as a protein. Come on. Again GUAC IS NOT PROTEIN. Not to mention when you go on the app, you can add the guac free of charge on a kids meal with no issue. On top of this, they forgot one of t

Need to improve system of pickup for deliveries. Understandable if order is still being prepared. Not acceptable if order was ready but no one acknowledging drivers waiting. We are the extension of the invisible customers purchased order. Employees making, sealing and placing orders on employee only access shelves without looking at the group of delivery drivers is poor efficiency.

Every time I have come here the employees have had a horrible attitude. I used the chipotlane three times and every time the workers have been extremely rude and today they were especially hostile and shoved the bag out the window without even looking at me. And it was not a peak hour . And i’m clearly not the only one who agrees this location is a mess. I’ve worked food service and retail jersey mike’s playa bowls homegoods, I get it, it can be grating. But if you can’t even attempt to show kindness or a smile to the customers showing that to you. get a new job. Maybe they need a new manager I don’t completely blame the crew. I’ve never written a review but this place is horrible why make one in itc if it turns people off so much they’d rather go to chester or ledgewood.

I would never back to this location the service is terrible especially customer service like walking into the house of attitudes! I place an order for pickup and while waiting i watch the lady make my orders, which she didn’t follow the instructions when I ask her? She reply with an attitude rolling her eyes yes. The manager jumps in after seeing me annoyed and proceeds to go back and forth with me saying it look right to her from a camera view. Like I wasn’t watching her make my food! I open the food and showed her it wasn’t made right they ended up giving me what was missing on the side. But soon after that they started talking in their language which was very rude and unprofessional! I don’t recommend this place at all! 😑
