⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this Chipotle thanks to the manager, Zack. Less than a week earlier, I was given a free entrée card by another manager, but I didn’t realize it expired at the end of the year. When I went to use it, the card didn’t work at checkout and Zack explained that it had expired. Even though it was technically expired and he wasn’t the one who issued it, Zack didn’t hesitate at all—he immediately comped my meal. I even offered to pay for the chips and queso and the watermelon limeade since they were extra, but he told me, “No, I got you,” and took care of everything. Truly a five-star experience. I really appreciated the kindness and customer service. Thank you, Zack and staff at the time!
I haven’t been to a chipotle in quite a while. So I expressed that at the counter and was treated very kindly. However, I was told that everything in one section was free except for the guacamole. I was then charged for the queso. The food was delicious. Although being charged $20 for a bowl, a bag of chips and a soft drink seems a little extreme.
Nice place and only chipotle in the crescent city and nearby area. They could keep it a bit more clean by cleaning it often. If you are going for a hike it's better to pack some food from here, it's hard to get good food inside the woods
Workers were all very nice. The person who made the food asked me and my husband if everything looked okay which was very nice and no worker has ever asked us that before. The manager working was very nice and came over the explain the new garlic sauce they have. The person at checkout was also very patient and kind. Not sure if it’s because I’m from New York so I’m just used to mean people who are in a rush but very nice experience here. Food was as expected it’s chipotle and very good portions and clean. Would come back if in the area!
Easily one of the worst Chipotles I have been to. They were rude and out of chips, lettuce, guacamole and napkins. The place looked disorganized, dirty and none of the employees seem to care. I will never be back.
