Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m not sure any of the employees working here were trained at all. the poor employe couldn’t even wrap the burrito properly. Along with that the Food was cold as ice And Nothing was available to add to the meals I ordered. There was more chicken on the kitchen floor under the grill than on the grill being cooked. For being a brand new location it had a mess like it has not been cleaned once. I’m glad this wasn’t my first experience with a chipotle I would have walked out and never came back.

Updating my review 2/26/26: We came back two weeks later and definitely noticed improvements! The staff seemed more professional, and the overall environment felt more polished. The food prep area could have been a little cleaner. Cleanliness around the fountain and tables could use a bit of attention, but overall it was a much better experience. Glad to see they’re making progress.

Nothing was ready food is lacking a lot of flavor from other stores. I’m giving them 3 stars for now going to come back in a month and up the score if they do better. I know they just open so we gotta give them a chance. Maybe some training big boy grilling the chicken at 6PM today. Never seen so much burnt chicken being scraped away in my life.

Made an order online & picked it up at the window. Guy who gave me my food was very friendly. My food was made great! I usually don’t order ahead at Chipotle because they skimp on portions when you’re not standing there watching, but not this time!

Absolutely the worst Chipotle burrito I've ever had! Order was a pickup placed on their app so I wasn't able to view my bagged burrito which was oddly wide and flat and not your typical cylindrical burrito. Toppings inside were not evenly distributed and the carne asada beef tasted like it was a week old and very dry! I ended up throwing half of it away despite being very hungry! For a new location you'd think that customer satisfaction would be an even higher priority but according to the reviews it sadly isn't! Hard to believe this brand new Chipotle is even worse than Middletown yet it is!! My large chips were also overly salted. Large guacamole was good and my Izze blackberry soda was ice cold. For $35+, this meal was a complete and utter failure and It'll be difficult to consider eat
