Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a burrito online and it was way too small so I went in to ask them to remake it and all they did was argue and blame me for not asking for double portions and when they finally conceded and remade the burrito with the "same portions" the one I got going out was significantly larger. Im not even angry about the misportioned burrito but there was never a "sorry" or a "we'll do better next time" it was exclusively my fault in their eyes because I trusted them to give me an adequate amount of food in my online order

For some reason, they hardly put any meat in the burritos anymore. Seriously like 6-7 pieces of chicken when you used to get like 20. I ask the lady for more and she said she couldn't because of her manager. I believe a new manager got in charge and is trying to save money by giving out less meat. The only reason I go to chipotle is because it is a lot of food at a good price. Now I can longer go to this Chipotle and go to the Chanhassen one again. Please consider providing an acceptable amount of portions next time, that's the whole point of your establishment.

We placed a basic order—three entrees, totaling around $50—and what we received was disappointing. One entree was completely missing the meat. I travel a lot for work, and I eat at Chipotle multiple times per week when I travel due to diatery limitations. With that context I want to tell you one thing. This is the worst Chipotle in the country. The good: The food is Chipotle The bad: is the entire staff high? I've ordered from here 5 times. They have never gotten it right. I'm to the point where I will not order ahead because they routinely skimp on protein even when you pay for double, won't listen to directions, forget whole food items. I am a local here, and it's hilarious how bad the staff is. I don't see malicious intent by the staff, they just simply don't know what they are doing.

The employee that helped me was extremely rude. He did not greet me. He did not speak, he started making my bowl, which I was not asked what I want he just expected me to say. and I asked for a little sour cream and he literally put the most sour cream Possible I said I didn’t want all of that. He took my bowl threw it across the store into the garbage can and made me another one. He continued to act aggressively. I felt extremely disrespected every time I go to this chipotle I have an issue. They’re always in a super big hurry and very rude.
