Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible food experience, girl at the counter rushes you to order. dumps a huge load of rice on your bowl , splashes beans and throws the smallest amount of protein on the bowl. Then proceeds to load it with toppings. I was eating a cold sour cream rice bowl with a little protein. Protein was over seasoned. I’m Spanish I know how it’s supposed to taste. No consistency. One day is good one day it’s horrible. Every time it’s 20$. Call customer service and it takes 10 minutes just to get a rep on phone. Rep is defensive. Won’t eat here again.

This location is doing a great job. I come frequently for lunch with pick up through the drive through. My order is always on-time, accurate, delicious, and portions appropriate. The staff are very cheerful and helpful. I had almost given up on Chipotle as service and food in most locations have been terrible. That is not the case at this location. The manager at this location deserves a raise. To all the good people that work here, please keep up the great work, it shows!

This store is terrible. My wife ordered food for me, because I have COVID and I am supposed to be at home. The order was two bags, but the restaurant only handed one bag to the UberEats driver. Then he had to go to the restaurant and oh surprise! There was my bag of food that was never shipped. I am not supposed to leave the house, but because of the incompetence of both Chipotle and UberEATS people, I had to go to the restaurant. A girl from the restaurant was talking to other co-workers about "why someone with COVID went to the store". Of course, I had to go thanks to his incompetence. As if this was not enough, the guacamole spoiled (check my photo and parrot the color of the guacamole). And of course, I won't have a refund for having to throw away half the food we ordered from this res

Chipotle is a house brand name. The product sells itself in terms of food. What I didn’t get at this location was a sense anyone legitimately cared about anyone they were serving at all. My burrito was a total mess, my wife’s quesadilla was completely burnt on the outside un edible. I understand this a new location, and staffing issues have been a problem for every business, even major corp. However, this location was not understaffed. The lack of leadership in the building is completely obvious as they weren’t really busy, and complete chaos in the kitchen. Employees screaming back and forth to each other, rude things, right in front of customers. You can tell some of the employees were on edge. Disappointed in the money spent on my meal as we didn’t eat but a couple of bites.

A chipotle in this area was really needed, the ones nearby were always pack and was a pain to order or go to them. The location is great, the inside is clean and everything was in stock, including their menu offerings and drink offerings. Service was a little slow, but the food tasted the way it’s supposed to taste, great! The dine in area was clean however as for 6/30/2020 there was no ac making the dine in experience not very good.
