Chipotle Mexican Grill

I asked them to put the usual amount of meat and other spices. At the checkout, they charged me $29. I said that couldn't be right, that it was too expensive. They said they added extra meat, which they didn't, but even then it should have been +$5.50, not +$15. They didn't give me a receipt, saying they ran out of paper. In short, they are scammers. Be careful. There was a long hair in the dish. I'm attaching a photo.

Friendly staff and food at usual in other Chipotle 's was delicious. Please continue having the el pastor Chicken on your menu!

I had an unpleasant experience at this location, which is in serious need of improvement. The lobby was filthy, with dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, napkins on the floor, and straw wrappers scattered throughout the store. They were also out of basic items like forks. The food prep area was no better—ingredients were left all over the place, making it look unclean and unsanitary. To top it off, the employees appeared indifferent to the mess and the overall state of the restaurant. This location clearly needs a complete overhaul, starting with new management to set higher standards. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Consistently one of the dirtiest Chipotle's I've ever been to. Been twice and there's always food all over the tables at the restaurant and spilled everywhere on the service station. The silverware cups are gross, filled with items and food people have dropped in there.

I went in to place my order. I'm not sure why my order was downsized to the kids' menu 🤔. I didn't realize it until I got home. The establishment was clean. People were dining indoors and seemed to be enjoying their meal. I would return again for another meal. The portions are good for the price. I ordered the burrito with chicken, rice, veggies and cheese. My other order was Steak quesadilla with fajita veggies, queso blanco and tomato salsa. I also ordered a side of guacamole. I decided to get 2 steak quesadillas because they were rather small. My total was $27, that's the meal they downsized and threw in an apple juice.
