wow!! i just ate in during lunch hour rush and the staff and management was very quick, nice, and very friendly! the tables were very clean and the food was great as always! i didnt catch her name but the manager woman with shorter hair was very awesome to me and made my whole day a lot better :) 10/10 to Barboursville Chipotle, keep it up. i HIGHLY recommend!!
I was having a horrible day and just really wanted some good food. When I came in I was immediately greeted with a smile and was treated so lovely by all the staff! Not to mention the portions were great and the food tasted amazing! I’m so glad I stopped here today!
Woman working register was rude, manager came up was uncaring and uninterested. Like I get working “fast food” sucks but idk you could pretend to care about your customers when you charge $15 for some mid burrito ingredients.
Even tho we went at 8pm, the food tasted fresh. It was super delicious tonight. Great staff. They were even great for a gluten allergy.
This was $25. I asked for double chicken, double steak and extra cheese. We add in different toppings at home. This was a complete waste of money.
