Chipotle Mexican Grill

We were here for our first time, walked in at around 8 pm. The female was nice, I ordered a steak bowl, the lettuce looked gross when they put it on my bowl (like wilted) it was messy inside the building and food was in the sour cream, most of the tables were dirty and wet. I was barely given rice and bean portions. There's no way this was a normal amount. The food was also cold. My steak was unedible. Extremely chewy and hard like a rock. I took photos. We tried to chew it but couldn't, literally all my meat was this way. Idk why it looked so dry too but the rest of my bowl was fine. I'm not one to normally complain but this was ridiculous. My kids had the kids chicken tacos with chips (only 5 chips inside the bag). Otherwise no other issues with their food. It could be cleaner here and

Service was amazing. Layla, Owen, Jacob were all very friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely keep going there to get food.

So first off u havent been to Chipotle for a few years now. But i went yesterday and ordered a steak salad and a burrito for my son with the al pastor chicken. Ok so i had to ask for more beans and the amount of meat is ridiculous he said its standard 4oz why am i paying 15 bucks for a skimpy burrito ? My salad had no greens i had to ask for more meat and greens. I remember the burritos and salads being way bigger. I get it things went up in price for the ingredients but so did their prices so so dont take away ingredients because you are charging for them anyways. Anyway i wont be going back. Of im going to pay 38 freaking dollars for 2 things that were skimped then im just gonna go to the mexican restaurant by 711. Atleast they dont skimp you and its the same price for a bigger meal.

Second time in a row they didn’t include a drink I ordered with the kids meal and today the rice wasn’t cooked and I got a small portion. Went on chat to see what they can do to fix this and they were like oh sorry and closed the chat.

Just ordered a chicken bowl. The server placed a small amount of chicken in the bowl. I said “that’s it for the chicken” and he said “yes it’s 4 ounces.” There is no way it was 4 ounces. So of course I went home and got the scale out. Oh and the food was cold.
