Oak Hill Bed & Breakfast

Anna and Brian are exceptional hosts at Oak Hill Bed and Breakfast. The warm atmosphere, lovely rooms with comfortable beds, and hands-down BEST breakfasts are a juat a few of the reasons that we keep returning here. Anna and Brian go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the house provides a perfect mix of cozy warmth with modern conveniences and amenities. We always leave feeling well rested and cared for.

Our first impression was of the ample and safe parking lot and we immediately fell in love with the beautiful setting that Anna & Brian have created with vintage furnishings and conversation areas for guests to meet and mingle inside by the fireplace and outside in the covered patio area, and even in the dining room with its one, long family-style table. We stayed in the Elizabethan Room where the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was thoughtfully appointed with ample towels and amenities. Anna was very helpful with advice on where to park downtown so no worries there. After taking in a play in town, we capped off the night with a lovely glass of port from the foyer and for breakfast the following morning it was an espresso from the machine available to guests and a wonderfully cr

My sister and I shared a king room; the owners had split the bed into twins upon request. The room was charmingly decorated with Shakespeare play posters and was very functional too, a combination you don’t see very often. My sister noticed that even the parking lot was well designed. The common area was very cute, full of books and board games. Breakfast was much better than average—we had apple tart, a frittata, and a savory galette on different mornings—and the coffee/tea station was impressive, with espresso drinks, biscotti, and homemade cookies available all day. It's very clear that Anna loves both cooking and entertaining. During our brief stay we didn't even venture into the yard, but it was gorgeous. I'm pretty picky but I loved everything about Oak Hill, would definitely return,

This is by FAR the loveliest B&B we’ve seen in Ashland. The hosts are so warm and welcoming, and the home is immaculate—high quality toiletries, tasty cookies, space for gathering, really every conceivable need has been thought of and attended to. This wonderful place embodies the word hospitality.

We had a great stay in the grizzly peak room at the oak hill b&b. The fresh breakfast and coffee in the morning hit the spot. We enjoyed the walk in the garden in the backyard after breakfast. Thanks to the innkeepers- Brian and Anna for making this a short but nice stay in Ashland for me and my family.
