A Musical Retreat in Ashland – Parkside Acoustic B&B Hits All the Right Notes As musicians visiting Ashland for a gig, we were instantly drawn to the acoustic music theme of Parkside Acoustic Bed and Breakfast—and it exceeded every expectation. The room felt like stepping into a dream. Sage-toned linens blended beautifully with the walls, and antique wardrobes and hutches were placed with such care it felt like a curated vintage haven. The vibe was retro yet warmly inviting, with a separate entrance leading to a covered porch that overlooked the park. Rocking chairs and a porch swing made it the perfect spot to soak up the sun, watch the world go by, and enjoy the company of wild turkeys pecking around the yard. Hosts Rick and Renee are wonderfully friendly and have created an superb B&B where we watched acorn woodpeckers from the porch, slept on ultra-comfortable beds in a quiet neighborhood, had incredibly delicious breakfasts and snacks created to meet our dietary needs, and were able to walk down to the theatres. Their music/library room held many of our favorites we wished we had had more time to explore. This is a perfect place to stay for an Ashland visit. A

My wife and I spent our anniversary here and had a wonderful time. It is a cozy place right across the street from the beautiful Lithia Park within easy walking distance to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and downtown Ashland. Deer and wild turkeys stroll down the streets and it feels like both being in the country and in town.||Our room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The private door and front porch with chairs facing the park was an excellent use of our morning. Our door code was personalized and memorable, a great feature much appreciated.||Breakfast was a delicious blend of sweet and savory offerings. 10/10 absolutely perfect! My room was cute and cozy, the bathtub was definitely deep enough to soak even though it’s short. The location is perfect - a nice walk through Lithia park to downtown Ashland. Breakfast was STELLAR! The food was amazing and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come again!

We came down to see two plays with my folks and booked two of the rooms. We could walk right from the B&B. Renée and Rick were so kind and welcoming. They have thought of every detail! Bed was so comfortable and we are still talking about the incredible breakfast. Renée also accommodated our special dietary needs. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!
