Chip Cookies

Been going here ever since they opened, overall their flavors and customer service are amazing. But the cookie texture the past 6 months plus has been very inconsistent. Things are getting overly baked and too hard and crunchy. When they first opened, they were consistently soft chewy and gooey which we absolutely love. What we like about chip compared to other cookie companies is they are not too sweet, and not crunchy. So it's a bummer that we've had a lot of situations where things are getting baked too hot or too long and things are getting crispy or crunchy. Hopefully they can train their employees to be consistent, but unfortunately the last time we got cookies the other day we voiced our concerns about how the cookies looked because we wanted to make sure that the cookie was soft, a

Ordered the tres leches and Dubai chocolate cookie. They were both delicious! Tres leches is one of their top cookies in my opinion. Service was great. Would come back!

The cookies had a good flavor however they were severely extremely underbaked to the point where I felt sick I think also adding condensed milk to an already underbaked cookie makes for a very unpleasing texture and just feels like you’re eating raw cookie dough, but not in a good way.
