China Moon

I was driving around the area and I stopped at this Chinese place. I ordered some boneless spare ribs with shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried rice was alright, it’s hard to mess that up. But the boneless spare ribs were tasteless and bland. They tasted like they have been left out for a while and reheated. Not going back here.

It’s between Fiesta Pizza & Mike’s Subs, next to the State Store, so it’s perfect for take out for a big or picky family. I love the Mooshoo Pork - traditional and healthy with lots of cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, some carrots, and less pork than normal in American/Chinese restaurants. My wife gave the moo goo gai pan a 5 & I agree, I thought the chicken in our son’s General Tsao was cheap, but he gave it a 4 & that’s what you expect in that dish. Wanton soup was very good. Lots of parking, pleasant atmosphere and a nice dining room (for a Chinese take out restaurant). I was impressed that they have a big pot of tea brewing, complimentary.

We ordered General Tso and Sesame chicken last night. Both were truly awful! The chicken had no meat, it consisted of coating and grizzle! Will not order from them again!!!!

We were disappointed this time. We ordered combo dinners and the food was 75%rice. E were stuffed to e that the pepper steak was in the mini section of the container and the large servings was rice. We're feeling a bit ripped off on that one.

I moved down here from pennsburg and I was looking for a Chinese place but this is not the one it sucked 😕
