The food is SO delicious and the options are huge. The chicken wings are amazing. They have a bunch of things you can buy here , like rings , earrings , jewelry , keychains and cups , all of it so cute. The price wasn't bad for two people. And some of the dishes are cheap.

Still looking for that one great tasting Chinese food in Indiana ..this one..I'm sorry..doesn't cut it.. The rice was not all cooked..you could taste some of the uncooked rice.. Beef fried rice had no flavor...very bland.. Shrimp with lobster sauce texture was jello like..the egg roll tasted like it was cooked in really old oil... All in all... Not one I will come back to..

Moved to the area and China House is the only Chinese food I could find in Cedar Lake. We are used to frequent Chinese carry-out where I used to live so thought we would order something we were familiar with for comparison to our favorite place. Ordered Sweet and Sour Pork, Pork Fried Rice, and Egg Foo Young. It came with white rice, gravy for the Egg Foo Young, Sweet Sour Sauce and a couple of Fortune Cookies. My carry-out order was fast, and hot. The person working was nice and also sanitary (wore rubber gloves) and mask due to Covid. My Sweet & Sour Pork was tasty, breading good and crispy, but I thought the pieces of pork (actual meat) was small compared to my old place. I just went there for the first time, service was really good, I got take out and was told it would be about 10 minutes, so I went to wait in my car, next thing I know the lady brought it out to me and I thought that was really nice. The food is pretty good with a really good amount of food. Plenty to eat with left overs.

First time trying this restaurant, it is now my favorite! The food is amazing! I was going to my usual place, not anymore! This is my new favorite! The egg rolls look over cooked, they are perfect! The shrimp is big, and delicious! In the picture, is only half of what you get with a large Shrimp and Chinese vegetables! It is enough to eat over two days!
