If I could give them -1 Star I WOULD. BEWARE: Terrible customer service. The person at the register was abrupt, refused a reasonable substitution, and insisted on hidden up-charges from an outdated menu. When we canceled within a minute she refused a refund. Not coming back. In Detail: We went in for lunch and immediately had an uncomfortable interaction with the woman taking orders — no greeting and a noticeably hostile tone. The menu at the counter didn’t match prices; she said several items had an upcharge without explaining which or why. We asked if the lunch that included an egg roll could be substituted (we don’t eat pork) and she flatly refused, then offered a drink instead — even though a drink was already listed as included. Stopped by to get lunch, dine-in. Ordered Moo goo gai pan lunch specials, which came with fried rice and egg rolls (or can soda if you prefer). The price was decent for the portion. The moo goo gai pan was tasty. The fried rice was a little bland tbh, but the egg roll was not bad. There was no buffet even though I came during buffet hours on a weekday, so that part was a bit misleading.

We order food directly off of their website! They not only did not have the order ready but they don’t not even check their website what so ever send me a notification stating my order online was cancelled and remade because I didn’t call ahead. THEY MADE THE WEBSITE AND PUT THE ORDERING OPTION ON THEIR THEMSELVES. If you ever order from them directly especially on their website make sure you blow up their phones every second until you receive your order or they will not make it make you wait a grand total of 45 mins for only two soups three egg rolls and a Lo mein. But when you arrive claim it will be just a few minutes.

I didn’t really go in and sit down but I ordered sesame chicken and it’s honestly was pretty bad the chicken was obviously nots fresh it was covered in a very thick red sauce that was 99% ketchup and a tiny scoop of rice the egg roll was the only good part for me but the lady was nice but I have to say honestly I was shocked by how bad it was

The food is okay. But they were really nice. Beef and Broccoli was fine Eggroll was stale Fried rice has no veggies in it General Tso is okay
