Chili's Grill & Bar

Yesterday my husband and I took our little boy to Chilis for his birthday. I wanted to do something special for his 6th bday but we had to postpone the party because most of the family works Saturday or was busy doing something so we knew Sunday we would celebrate but we still wanted to make him feel special on his birthday which Is September 27th. He loves Chilis and had been asking to go so we decided to take him for a special bday dinner. Alexis our server was amazing! She was very sweet and personable. She had us laughing and would check back to make sure everything was good. But the highlight is how she made our boy feel special on his bday by making a big deal and have the entire staff celebrate him along with the whole restaurant. My son, my parents, and I came in for dinner and had Kylee as our server. She was wonderful. She made great suggestions, was so patient with us, and kept our drinks refilled without us ever having to ask. She was sweet, funny, and easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond and made our night feel special. I really hope her managers know how great she is — she definitely deserves recognition.

I came on here to eat on Feb 27th and I usually go in already knowing what I will have. The waitress, Shay or Shea was great but the food made me sick. So sick I had to go to the hospital and found out I got food poisoning. When I finally started feeling better I contacted the General manager , Collin and I was trying to explain to him my situation and he immediately decided that I was changing my story after him asking me a few questions. He was very defensive and not at all being considerate or understanding. I am not the only one who has gotten sick from this location as the reviews speak for themselves but I also know a close friend who has gotten sick from this location as well. My husband, children, and I came to have dinner. Our server was Jess! She was great. She went the extra mile in making suggestions, accommodating my picky son, and refilling our drinks constantly without complaint. She was so sweet and funny. She held a conversation with us and not just small talk. She is a very hard worker and was doing all this while taking care of at least 6 other tables. I want her managers to know how good she is. Jess also took the time to read the menu to my son since he can’t read yet. She was so patient and made us feel like we were at a 5 star restaurant and so special. Kudos Jess give her a promotion!

Our server was Jess, she was very kind, beautiful personality, and checked on us very thoroughly. The food was great but having a great server always tops it, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better one ! Every needs to experience a beautiful, kind, and overall amazing server just as she was !
