Chili's Grill & Bar

This was my second or third time visiting this location. We like it because its one choice that stays open passed 8:00p.m. in this town! We always enjoy the wait staff because they are attentive and nice and this visit was no different. Our waitress Amaya was amazing! She was very patient with us, answered our questions, and made sure that from the beginning to end of our visit was pleasant. She noticed when my husband's drink was low and brought him more. She removed dirty dishes almost as soon as we put them to the side. She even gave us to-go drinks with our meals which was great! Ways they can improve: the sign outside on the building and on the street is not illuminated. Seeing to turn into the parking lot was difficult. I’ve been to this Chili’s restaurant many times. This last time, I had the warm chips and salsa for the appetizer, the grilled salmon with broccoli and rice for the entree, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. It was good, as usual, but not great. This one is always above average, no matter when I come or who is cooking. As for service, it’s a busy place with lots of customers every day. For that reason, it feels understaffed. The wait staff is always friendly, but getting their attention can be difficult at times because they are always working with one customer after another after another. In-house dining is good but pick-up service and food quality leaves much to be desired. On my most recent visit, there were were multiple parties arguing in the parking lot. I parked a safe distance away to pick up my order. If this restaurant is going to survive in Natchitoches, they're going to have to up their game.

Its a regular dining spot for us! We love it here!

Placed order at 720 and they waited till 750 to determine they were out of 1 item of 5 order ticket so they cancelled entire ticket. 10 minutes prior to expected expedited delivery.
