Chili's Grill & Bar

My family and I were just arriving back from Memphis. I wanted to grab something quick, but everyone else wanted Chili’s. I’m so glad that they did. Hayden provided some of the BEST service I’ve experienced in quite some time. He was prompt, attentive, and very professional. Despite, them being on there last hour, we were never rushed to order or to leave. Everyone’s food was delicious. Kids really enjoyed themselves and so did I. Walked out with a bunch of smiles and full bellies. We will be back!

Our waiter Hayden was absolutely perfect. He made sure we were taken care of and happy. I asked for his opinion on a dish and he was correct about how wise of a choice it was. He also made sure we went with the lunch option so we could save money. If you get him as your waiter, you will be taking care of and leave happy.

Haven’t ate at chili’s in over 12 years for a bad experience, stop there today and lo and behold a bad experience. Ordered Diet Coke , got served Dr Pepper. Not big deal except Im diabetic. Ordered the endless chips and salsa, ran out n didn’t get anymore until after our meal came. I ordered the chicken fajita because it was advertised in two spots on the menu like it was a good meal and it was bland. Then at the end I ask the waitress for two to go boxes and when she brought only one she asked me if I was sure I didn’t want a box for my food. Pretty used to either bad service and good food or bad food and good service but bad and bad is just my experiences at chilis and at different locations. When im paying $60 for two ppl at least get one of them good lol

We stopped by for a dessert and coffee after doing some shopping. Was hoping for a coffee with Irish Cream, but was told that they didn’t have Irish Cream. Not really a big deal as the small bar can’t be expected to carry everything. But imagine our surprise that when our regular coffees arrived, we were in formed that they did not carry creamer of any sort of the coffee. This is the first restaurant of any kind that didn’t carry any type of coffee creamer. I cannot understand why they don’t have at least the little “cups” that are found everywhere else. Will not be back. The dessert was adequate, but nothing to make it a destination stop.

Went to Chilli's with my grandson,I think it was January 7th, and I ordered the platter with the rib's and chicken strips and fries,I must say that I was very disappointed with the piece of meat that I was given,that was supposed to be a half of a baby back rib,I don't even know what it was..it wasn't the usual baby back rib,it was bulky and tough! I complained to the waitress and they gave me something off of my bill...but really ruined my dinner!! I also want to add,that I wish that they would add a whole steak to the menu instead of just a half of a steak and baked potatoes, instead of just mashed potatoes!! Chili's need to step there game up!! Other than that it's usually a pretty good place to eat and drink at!
