Chili's Grill & Bar

Went here for lunch and had a Santa fe chicken salad. It was good but just a touch too spicy for me but I still enjoyed it. It came with chipotle and ranch dressing. Service was good and the wait staff, Matt was friendly and attentive. I went to the City of Industry location. Plenty of parking and not too crowded for a Monday afternoon.

Very average food and cleaning floor before closing. I have not been eating in Chili's for a long time, so I forgot how it tasted like. I decided to try it again. This restaurant has a deco of rusty and country style. I don't like the ribs because they put way too much sauce on it and I don't want to make my finger dirty. I ordered the Mexican fajitas. Surprisingly, it was more like an American grilled beef than Mexican fajitas: there was no sizzling sound and delicious smell, but a boring, plain dish. I was very disappointed. The worst thing is that, about 830 pm, there were a few waiters and waitress started to sweep the floor and one waiter, he even started to spray very strong solutions on the dinning table, not far away from me. Other waiters were moving the chairs around

Hardly any wait time, the food was great, but the amazing thing about the visit was our server Lizette!! Attentive without hovering, patient (I couldn't make up my mind) but she had recommendations that were spot on! I am sorry I didn't get her teammate's name 😞 The food delivery was quick😊with follow ups to be sure we didn't miss out on anything!

Wonderful experience- food was what we expected. Our server was very attentive. Wish I can remember his name but I can estimate the time we paid. It was 1:45 pm. He needs to be acknowledge for his excellent service. This was our first visit to this restaurant

Let's start from best to the worst. Server Mia. Grade A+ She is one of the BEST servers!  She is so nice that brings me lemon for my hot water WITHOUT me even mentioned. Moreover,  she is very attentive and caring.   We will be back because of her. Crispy chicken sandwich Overall Taste grade A- The bun is great. The chicken is thick and tasty (too bad not as juicy as Chick-fil-A) Veggies just standard. Old-timer burger with cheese Overall Taste grade B- The bun is great.
