We had such a wonderful time at BJ’s thanks to Karo. He was professional and very attentive throughout our entire meal. He checked in at the perfect times and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to get service that makes you feel genuinely taken care of and Karo absolutely delivered. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Thanks to Steven A. my Father and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch! He was awesome to suggest the lovely bread to go with our soups! So friendly and always smiling and attentive. Very hard to find people like that with a great positive attitude anywhere anymore. Thank you so much!

At the Puente Hills location .. sat at the bar and Jason was out bartender/server. Great service, great conversation! And after all these years coming to BJs, we had noo idea there was a Beer Club till Jason mentioned it! We signed right up!! Had a great experience and a great deal walking out of here

I didn't know they had unlimited soup and salad here like Olive Garden, but when I tried it for the first time, I was surprised by how delicious it was. It's even better than the Olive Garden salad. I especially love the fresh mozzarella and tomato salad. The soups are also quite tasty. I'll definitely be back to order it again. The price is also reasonable at $13.

Karo was fantastic!!! We had a big party and he was attentive and kind! I also watched him wait all of his tables with the same amount of care and effort. Karo also was so patient with all of our little ones wanting to order themselves and brought out some goldfish for them while they waited for their meals. I also appreciate how he started off by asking if there were any allergies , though we had none it’s the thoughtfulness I appreciated. Truly one of the best dining experiences my family has had. Thank you, Karo!!
